Bitrate

Higher means better sound and a larger file. “Auto” keeps the bitrate of the original (at least 128 kbit/s); from lossless files it uses the format’s high-quality setting.

Pages to convert

Several pages arrive as a ZIP with one image per page.

Shown by e-readers in the library; leave empty to keep what the document says.

PDF/A-2b embeds all fonts so the file looks the same in many years; required by many courts and public offices.

Scales every sheet so it fits on a single page instead of being split across several.

Sheets

CSV and TSV hold one table: with “Every sheet” each sheet becomes its own file, together in a ZIP.

Separator

Excel in many European languages expects a semicolon; most other programs a comma.

If you continue, the file is uploaded over an encrypted connection and converted on our server. You can keep using the site meanwhile. The original is deleted as soon as it is converted; the result is kept for 6 hours so you can download it, and you can delete it at any time. Files are never shared or used for anything else.

Drawings are uploaded only after you accept and are converted on our server. The input is deleted after processing; results are kept for 6 hours. Privacy details

About this tool

CDR is the format of CorelDRAW, a popular illustration program for signs, print and cutting plotters.

This converter turns CDR files into any common format: AI, CGM, DXF, EMF, EPS, ODG, PS, SK, SK1, SVGZ, WMF, SVG, PDF, JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, BMP and TIFF. Choose the target for each file and convert up to 10 files at once in the background.

Drawings are converted on our server: the upload starts only after you confirm, the original is deleted after conversion and the result is kept for 6 hours unless you delete it sooner.

Frequently asked questions

Which formats can I convert CDR to?

To AI, CGM, DXF, EMF, EPS, ODG, PS, SK, SK1, SVGZ, WMF, SVG, PDF, JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, BMP and TIFF.

Which format should I choose?

SVG for websites and editing in Inkscape, Illustrator or Figma; PDF or EPS for print shops; EMF to insert into Word or PowerPoint; DXF for CAD programs and cutting machines; PNG or JPG when you need a picture.

Can I convert several CDR files at once?

Yes, up to 10 at a time, each to its own format if you like. Each one is converted in the background with its own progress.

How large can a file be?

Each file can be up to 100 MB.

What happens to my files?

They are uploaded only after you confirm. Originals are deleted right after conversion; results are kept for 6 hours unless you delete them sooner.

Which CorelDRAW versions are supported?

CDR files from most CorelDRAW versions are read; if a file from a very new version does not open, save it in CorelDRAW as an older CDR version or as PDF. Effects that only CorelDRAW can draw – such as some lenses, contours and PowerClips – may be simplified. We cannot write CDR, because only CorelDRAW writes it correctly; CorelDRAW opens SVG, EPS, PDF and AI.
