About this tool
A price list to send, a timetable to print, a report a customer can open without Excel: spreadsheets travel best as PDF. Printing straight from a spreadsheet often cuts columns off or spreads one table over many pages. This converter lays every worksheet out as a clean table: columns get the width their content needs and are fitted to the page width, long cells wrap instead of being cut, numbers are right-aligned, and the first row is repeated at the top of every page.
Values appear the way Excel shows them – dates, decimals, thousands separators and percentages – and CSV files are read with their separator detected automatically. The live preview updates as you change the paper size (A4, Letter, A3, Legal), orientation, gridlines and page numbers. Several files can be converted at once. Everything happens in your browser: your figures are never uploaded.
Frequently asked questions
Which files can I convert?
Excel workbooks (.xlsx) and CSV/TSV text files. Old .xls files from Excel 97–2003 must first be saved as .xlsx.
Will wide tables fit on the page?
Yes. With “Fit all columns to the page width” the text is made smaller (down to 6 pt) and long cells wrap; automatic orientation switches to landscape for wide sheets.
Are charts and colours included?
No. The cell values are printed as a clean table; charts, pictures and cell colours are left out.
Is my spreadsheet uploaded?
No. The file is read and the PDF created in your browser; nothing is sent to our server.
