About this tool
A PDF opens on every phone and computer, looks the same everywhere and cannot be changed by accident – the right format to send a presentation to a client, upload it to a portal or hand it out after a talk. This converter reads the PPTX file and draws every slide in its place: backgrounds, text boxes with their colours and bullet points, shapes, pictures (including cropped ones), tables and grouped objects, together with the layouts and master slides the presentation is built on.
Choose one slide per page for a PDF that looks like the presentation, or 2, 4 or 6 slides per A4 page to print handouts, with an optional thin frame around each slide. The live preview shows the pages as they will be saved. Several presentations can be converted at once. Everything happens in your browser: the presentation is never uploaded.
Frequently asked questions
Which files can I convert?
PowerPoint presentations in the .pptx format (PowerPoint 2007 and newer, also from Keynote or Google Slides exports). Old .ppt files must first be saved as .pptx.
Will the PDF look exactly like PowerPoint?
Very close. Positions, colours, pictures and tables are kept; fonts are replaced by a standard font, so a line can break a little differently.
Are charts, SmartArt and videos included?
No. Charts, SmartArt diagrams, videos and animations are left out; everything else on the slide is drawn.
Is my presentation uploaded?
No. The file is read and the PDF created in your browser; nothing is sent to our server.
