About this tool

Contracts, forms, permission slips and invoices often only need a signature – printing, signing and scanning them takes far longer than it should. Here you sign the PDF directly: draw your signature with a finger, pen or mouse, type your name in one of three handwriting styles, or use a photo of your signature on paper, whose white background is made transparent automatically.

The document is shown page by page. Place the signature, drag it to the right line and pull the corner to resize it; it keeps its proportions. Initials can be put on every page with one click, and the current date or any other text (place, name in capitals) can be added as a box you move and edit. Blue or black ink, line thickness and the handwriting style are all one tap away.

Your document and your signature never leave your device: the signed PDF is created in your browser. This is a visual (simple electronic) signature, accepted for many everyday documents; some legal procedures require a qualified digital signature from a certified provider instead.

Yes. Draw your signature with your finger in the signature field, then place it on the page and adjust it with your fingers.

How do I use my real signature from paper?

Sign a white sheet, take a photo and choose it under “Image”. “Make the paper transparent” removes the white background so only the ink remains.

Can I add initials to every page?

Yes. Create the initials as a signature and press “Place on every page”; each copy can then be moved separately.

Is my document or signature uploaded?

No. Both stay in your browser; nothing is sent to our server.
