About this tool
Applications, invoices, contracts with their annexes, scanned chapters: many things are easier to send, print or archive as one PDF. This tool joins any number of PDF files into a single document and shows every page as a thumbnail, so you see exactly what the result will contain.
You are not limited to whole files. Each page can be dragged to another place (on a phone, hold it briefly and drag), turned by 90° or left out. The files can be sorted by name with one click, which is handy for numbered scans. Pages are copied as they are, so text stays selectable, links keep working and nothing is re-compressed.
Password-protected PDFs open after you enter their password. Everything happens in your browser: your documents are never uploaded to a server.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a limit on the number of files?
No fixed limit. Very large documents depend on the memory of your device; on a phone, a few hundred pages work comfortably.
Can I change the order of single pages, not just files?
Yes. Every page is shown as a thumbnail: drag it to another place or use the ‹ › buttons. You can also turn or remove pages before merging.
Does merging reduce the quality?
No. The pages are copied into the new PDF unchanged; text stays sharp and searchable and images are not re-compressed.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
Yes, if you know the password. Enter it when asked; the merged PDF is saved without a password.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The PDF is put together by your browser, so your documents stay on your device.
