Turn on “Each sheet on one page” under “Options”: every sheet is scaled to fit on one page. Without it the page breaks and print areas saved in the file are used.

Are the separator and encoding recognised?

Yes. Comma, semicolon, tab and vertical bar are detected automatically, as are UTF-8 and Windows text encoding and numbers with a decimal comma such as 1.234,50.
